Whats the way you all take kratom?

For me personally i toss in wash Kratom. Its the best way of consuming it. I don't feel the effects stronger when mixed in water.. if im trying to feel it long lasting i take them in capsules

Toss and wash is the gold standard for me. Mixing takes too much time and never dissolves properly, and making capsules also takes too long

Hey thanks for picking up the book. I recommend quitting if its been on your mind. Kratom is definitely not without its problems and you probably have a lot of good reasons to do so if you bought my book.

I mix my Kratos with warm to hot water I start feeling it in about 5 minutes
